It’s 2018 and the Sub-Ohm Tank is still king. Mostly for the same reasons they have always been a fan favorite. Ease of use, heavy hitting, relatively inexpensive, great flavor. These 5 tanks were picked for various reasons.

With the new Uwell Valyrian, you get the option to install one of three airflow adjusting pins. What these are all about is you install one of them in the tank. It takes the place of the 510 pin and poked through the coil. What this will do is change the airflow pattern to give you a different flavor experience.(At least from what they say). The idea is pretty neat and if it works well could be pretty amazing.

Like I said you will get three of them (Seen above) that will change the airflow in different ways. The best thing you could do is just try the tank, then change one and see what happens.
The coils that come with the Uwell are better than before. One of the little downsides of the tank is you only can use Uwell coils in the tank. But these days more and more of these tanks are using their own coils. So I guess it’s not that strange. The quality of them is very nice. You get Japanese cotton and stainless steel wire.

To fill the Valyrian you get a pretty smart push button system. When it comes time to fill the tank you just push a small button towards the top of the tank and the Valyrian opens up ready to be filled. (Seen in Fig:3 Above) The tank can hold up to 5mls of juice.

TFV12 Baby Prince Sub-Ohm Tank
- 26mm Base Diameter
- 4.5mL Juice Capacity
- Superior Stainless Steel Construction
- Bulb Glass Pyrex
- High-Grade Glass Reinforcement
- High-Temperature Resistant – Explosion Proof
- Convenient Top-Fill Rotary Design – Lock Button Mechanism
- Massive Dual Adjustable Airflow Control at Base
- 810 Cobra Resin Ultra-Wide Drip Tip
- 510 Connection
First things first the BULGE. The biggest difference you will notice about this tank vs the previous baby beast tank is the bulge. This little design change will allow you to hold more juice. That’s a good thing. Plus the bulge give the tank a little more character.
As you can see from the image (Above) that the new Baby Prince tank gives you %50 more juice in more or less the same size tank. 1.5ml to be exact. Doesn’t that gold look nice, just like in the Uwell Valyrian to fill the Baby Prince Tank you hit a button and the top swivels open.
This is a great improvement over the previous models because after a bit of vaping things start to wear down over time. What would happen is the top would sometimes swivel open on its own when the tank was in your pocket or whatever. This locking mech and button design does away with that.
Overall the new TFV12 Baby Prince Tank is a really nice tank and upgrade of the older TFV series of tanks, I will probably be getting one of these for myself shortly.

. Pretty standard these days.
The coils that are used are the Zenith Coil Head style and are easily installed by removing the bottom ring and swapping out the new coil for the old one. (Seen Below)

Aspire really outdid themselves on this one. The Aspire Revvo has some seriously new tech inside. Where to start. How about the coils. These things are strange. As you can see in the image (below) the coils are thin wafer looking things. On one side you have the metal coils flip it over and you have the cotton.
To change the coil on the Revvo you need to take the cap off unscrew the holding screw and pop out the little wafer.(seen below) This whole system is new and could be the start of a new style of Sub-Ohm tank.
One thing that can be said about these new coils is they run HOT. At 0.1 – 0.16 ohms of face melting power. As you can see in the image (Below) the coils aren’t the only strange thing about this tank system. If you take a look at the little cone deal labeled Mounting Screw (seen below), this is how you fill the tank. Let’s take a closer look at this.
To fill the Revvo you stick the tip of the bottle in the center of the Revvo and push down to fill. Don’t make the mistake and think the side air-ports are the filling holes.
The airflow is controlled by two air slots flanking both sides of the Revvo. Just turn the ring to adjust till you get the perfect air. Usually WIDE OPEN.
